Interested in being a vendor at Haunted Hollows Fest?

Haunted Hollows Fest is located 1 mile east of I-57 in Peotone, IL. The fairgrounds draws thousands of visitors each year and is home to one of Illinois’ largest county fairs.

Join us this year and showcase your products, services, foods, or crafts to a vibrant community of fairgoers! Secure your booth today and take advantage of this exciting opportunity to connect with customers and other vendors.

We are open five weeks per year with booth hours each day of the weekend. The Fest is open rain or shine.

Booth Details

  • Size: 10’ x 10’ Space
  • Spaces will be in a lighted, covered barn, outdoor heaters will be available during cooler weather
  • All spaces include electrical hook up, a 8′ folding table, and a chair

Booth Prices

  • $70/day (includes booth, table, chair, and electricity)
  • 24 days of operation: Sign up for the season $1400 ($280 savings)
  • No Refunds
  • Booth Payment Due within 48 hours of approval

Days and Hours of Operation

  • Haunted Hallows Fest will be open September 25th through November 2nd, 2025
  • Open Thursdays through Sundays
  • Hours: Thursday 4pm -10pm/Friday 4pm -10pm/Saturday 2pm -10pm/Sunday 2pm -10pm
  • Additional Hours/Days may be added for special events and will be announced on the website
  • Event is held rain or shine and there are no Rain Dates
  • Booth set up access 1 hour prior to opening each day
  • Booth close begins 30 minutes to close and ends promptly at closing time each day

Code of Conduct

We strive to create a welcoming and respectful environment for all vendors and attendees. By participating in Haunted Hollows Fest, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Treat all customers, vendors, and staff with respect and professionalism.
  • Abide by all local health and safety regulations.
  • No hate speech, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
  • We do not permit the sale of any drugs or drug paraphernalia.
  • Haunted Hallows Fest is NOT responsible for any stolen, missing, or damaged property/inventory
  • Haunted Hallows Fest reserves the right to choose or deny any vendor at our discretion
  • Only one direct sales vendor per company allowed each day)

Any vendor violating community standards will be exited from the Fest with no refund.
