There are many ways to show your support and get involved in our community. Please contact us with any questions. Initiate payment using the buttons below.

Community/Business Photo Op Contest

Contest is open to all – businesses, families, individuals, organizations, and non-profits. Votes will be tallied up on Halloween night. Winners will be announced live at the fest and on social media.

Your spot includes a 10′ x 8′ space along the fence line while advertising your business. You may place a 3′ x 5′ outdoor banner with your business logo and information.

Your spot will be publicly accessible. Get creative, have fun, and make your space “Instagram Ready”!

Hay bales, corn stalks, and pumpkins available for pre-order at an additional cost.

• 1st Place: $150 Gift Card, Trophy, AND Bragging Rights
• 2nd Place: $50 Gift Card
• 3rd Place: $25 Gift Card

When

• Spot setup is Saturday, September 20th through Wednesday, September 24th
• Take down is Monday, November 3rd through Wednesday, November 5th
• $25 service fee will be applied if set up is not removed

Guidelines

• Spaces will be numbered; Please ensure you’re in the correct space prior to set up
• The only item allowed attached to the fence is a 3’x5′ outdoor banner; banner should include your group/business/organization’s name; may also include a QR code to your website
• Use your most creative ideas with acceptable public display (should be PG rated)
• Solar lights are highly recommended
• Please ensure sturdy construction to withstand wind, rain, and public use
• Haunted Hallows Fest reserves the right to remove material if deemed inappropriate for any reason
• Haunted Hallows Fest is not responsible for any lost, stolen, missing or damaged items

Enjoy visibility to local residents and visitors from surrounding counties. All levels include a Photo Stop entry and company logo on Haunted Hallows Fest Website and social media posts.
